Returns, Exchanges, and Shipping Policies

At I Do Declare Boutique our main goal is to have happy customers. We understand that sometimes the items you purchase might not be the perfect fit or style for you. We want you to be thrilled with your I Do Declare Boutique items and to look and feel your best in them! Because of this we will do everything we can to try and make it better. We do our best to offer no-hassle easy returns. Please read our return policy below.

Please look over your order as soon as you receive it. If you think that you've received a defective item, you must contact us at IDoDeclareBoutique@gmail.com within 3 business days of receipt of your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can get the mishap sorted out for you!

ALL RETURNS ARE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY. Your credit will be issued by email. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received.

All returns must be received by us within 21 days from the date shipped. Unfortunately, if 21 days have gone by since your purchase we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. Please allow 5 - 10 days for package transit. This will ensure that we receive your return within the 21 day window.

All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, and smoke free condition.

Jewelry and sale items are all FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

All items must be returned with their original tags attached. Clothing returned without original tags or not in compliance with our return policy will be refused and shipped back to you.

Original shipping fees are not refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless there was a mistake on our end.

Your store credit does not expire.

EXCHANGES

We have a limited number of all of the wonderful I Do Declare styles featured on the site and because of this, we can't guarantee an exchange. If you contact us by email as soon as you know you want to make an exchange we will try to hold the item for you. If, sadly, we cannot make an exact exchange we will issue you a store credit via email and you can order another fabulous item.

SHIPPING POLICY

Purchases are shipped through the United States Postal Service. All US shipping addresses are charged an $8.00 flat rate fee. Purchases over $100 receive free shipping.

We currently are unable to do international shipping.

We ship within 1 business day after your order is placed.

We are not liable for shipping delays due to weather.

We do not do rush orders or overnight shipping.

Once your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation email. When your item is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number. If a shipment is returned to sender you will receive an email notifying you. You have 7 days after the email is sent to respond to us, I Do Declare, before your order goes through the returns process for store credit.
